Originally from Southwest Florida, Kirk moved to Santa Barbara in 1987 and has called the South County home ever since. Before real estate, he spent 25 years in the action sports industry (surf, skate, and snow), building a strong foundation in client service, negotiation, and market insight.

Since earning his real estate license in 2012, Kirk has developed a reputation for his in-depth knowledge of local neighborhoods, schools, and market trends throughout Santa Barbara County. Having personally lived, purchased, and sold homes across the County, he offers clients a well-rounded, firsthand perspective.
