We met Kirk Hodson during an open house two years ago when we were relocating from Massachusetts to Santa Barbara, CA. Not only did we find him personable, knowledgeable, and helpful, but also very honest, and extremely patient. Not only did Kirk take time to introduce me to the area in detail, he basically picked out my dream house for me, negotiated on my behalf and I am simply ecstatic with the outcome. I couldn't travel during the Shelter in Place so Kirk did it all!
